Last night I attended a special screening of Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory at the legendary Orpheum Theatre, located on Broadway and 8th Street. This historical landmark opened in 1926 with a French Renaissance style and currently showcases events every week. As I sat back and viewed this iconic film, I immediately felt transported to the magical and delicious world of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. I am such a huge Gene Wilder fan, he just resonates comedic brilliance in absolutely everything he does. My DTLA night ended with cravings of chocolate and having that wonderful feeling that dreams can come true!
