Welcome to Auntie Em’s Kitchenette! Owners Brandi and Terri have created a rustic vibe while serving up delicious home style dishes. They offer savory breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, sweet pastries as well as cupcakes, home-made waffles, and bottomless mimosas on the weekends….mmmm….Their ingredients are bought locally, and they also make their own home-made jam with eclectic flavors, like Blueberry Basil and Rockin’ Jalapeño. You will enjoy great music on vinyl, old school board games, specialty drinks, and draft beer. I had the pleasure of trying their warm Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich, their fruity Granola Parfait, and their massive Red Velvet Cupcake. This new addition to 5th and Spring has me raving, which is why Auntie Em’s Kitchenette is the Jaded LA business of the week! So grab your appetite and head to this DTLA hotspot!
