My weekend had me craving Italian, so I headed to Colori Kitchen for my Italian Food Fix! This DTLA Hotspot is so special, every time I come here I get that family feeling, you can tell they really care about their
guests. As we arrived to our table, they immediately brought fresh bread and their delicious garlic hummus spread. We began with their Carpaccio Di Carne, loaded up sky high! I highly recommend this appetizer to everyone, honestly the best Carpaccio I’ve ever had! For my entree, I was drawn to their Risotto Nero Di Sepia, which was an unbelievable black squid ink risotto topped with grilled calamari and shrimp. My night out with Colori exceeded my expectations, and certainly fulfilled my Italian craving!
