Brunch Time! It’s time to kick start your morning with some New Orleans flavor! I decided to spend my afternoon brunch with Preux & Proper. I highly recommend the Banana Bread French Toast, which is the best french toast I’ve ever had! Their Fried Chicken & Pancakes are drizzled with whiskey syrup….ammaaazing! The Fried Oyster & Bacon PoBoy, served on fresh ciabatta bread with heirloom tomatoes, arugula, aioli, and of course bacon was spectacular! You definitely can’t have brunch without their refreshing mimosas! This DTLA Hotspot has the music pumpin’ but an airy ambiance, with open windows surrounding you, and exposed beams. This New Orleans style restaurant has that Southern food you will be craving!
